When you send a request, we collect your name or business name, email address, a description of the job, where it's happening (such as a website or platform link), how urgent it is, and any screenshot or file you choose to upload.

We use your details to review your request, give you an estimate, do the work, invoice you and get in touch about the job. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without asking.

Some fixes need access to a website or platform. Please share access using the platform's own user or invite tools where possible. We only use access for the job you asked for, and you can remove it once the job is done.

Requests and files are stored securely with our hosting and email providers, which may store data outside New Zealand. Uploaded files are private and only viewable by us. We keep request records for as long as we need them for the job, invoicing and our business records.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site may use small, essential browser storage to make the request form and site work properly. Our hosting provider may collect basic, anonymous visit statistics.

The tool logos on our homepage load from a third-party icon service, which may see standard technical details like your IP address.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email us and we'll sort it.
